- SRCPA is a renowned Theatre organization that has an auditorium, a repertory and education vertical for training theatre practitioners. As the COO Richa manages the P&L, Branding and administration of the organization.

Richahas conducted more than 3000 hours of CLT with organizations like DCM Group of companies,Institute of Food Security-Food Corporation of India, TRENT, Reliance Communication, Titan, Cavin Kare, Henkal and many more.
eJeevika HR Pvt. Ltd ( An IIT Madras’s RTBI’s incubated company) (2008-2013)
eJeevika is a skill building company that aims to create employable human resource for the corporate India. It leveraged the ICT platforms and infrastructures of the country to deliver high quality training at the grass root levels. Richa handled Employability Potential Analysis Research, Village Level
Entrepreneur Development Initiatives, Innovations and overall operations of the company.
eJeevika has created and distributed e content in local Indian languages in multiple topics ranging from Telecom, Manufacturing and Retail. Under her leadership eJeevika has impacted lives of 2600 people till now using its innovative methodologies in the skill building domain.
Rural Technology and Business Incubator (IIT Madras) (2007-2008)
As the Project Associate with RTBI-IITM, Richa has conducted a pilot in rural Tamilnadu to test possibilities of dispersing online training in local language through Internet Kiosk model. A pilot was conducted with Reliance Communication Group to test this successfully. Launch of eJeevika, is the result of this pilot.
As a Media Marketing Manager Richa worked in the below mentioned organizations from 2000 to 2007.

Assistant Manager-Responsible for securing and enhancing the market share of niche Magazines like Business Today, Time, Golf Digest, Mens Health.Responsible for 33{b72b0c562e89202f5f1983ae1715f3b561dc521e0ba7059afb8114efcb3c543a} of total revenue generation for Business Today, Time and Golf Digest for the North region.
