This website is an attempt to share with you a little about my ‘mental models’ and ‘ground work’ initiatives that I have attempted to roll out with an aim to solve the daunting issues faced by our country namely ‘Unemployment’, ‘Youth and Women Empowerment through entrepreneurship and political participation, ‘Environment Conservation’ and ‘Bridging the Rural-Urban Divide’.
The journey of finding solutions to the above issues has been full of learnings and I have many times switched the approaches and methodologies. It has been a path of self discovery too, deepest beliefs have been challenged but the journey continues. As they say “ charaveti”, i.e,“Keep Walking”
I would like to divide my works in three parts for the sake of enumerating the models that I have worked upon. Please feel free to share your views and ideas on the above.

As the founder and CEO of 'eJeevika', a skill building company that aimed to create employable human resource for the corporate India we had created an innovative social enterprise that leveraged the ICT platforms of rural Kiosks / CSE infrastructures available in the country to deliver high quality e learning training, in their native language at the grass root levels.
The EPA is so crucial for mapping the employability demographics so that effective solutions can be offered that are in sync with the Industry needs. We conducted EPA studies for the Punjab Govt and CII Punjab for a few districts and found that there is a Gap between what our ITI’s and other professional institutions train in and what the corporate actually expects. These studies should be undertaken by the Central and State Government’s at large so that a systematic and unified skilling approach can be formulated.
I am overseeing and experimenting with Mobile Training, ICT based training to deliver education to the students and parents of the rural school named Ravi Memorial School that aims to provide quality education to the rural children of Maharajganj district of Uttar Pradesh. The school was founded in 2010 and is a low fees private school.
